Background check pricing has two parts: the provider service fee and any source-access fees charged by courts, DMVs, schools, employers, labs, international sources, or other record providers.
The package price covers Information Direct service work for the listed searches. Silver, Gold, and Platinum give employers a predictable starting point before role-specific add-ons.
Some sources charge access fees. Information Direct passes those fees through at cost with no markup and itemizes them separately when they apply.
Start with the package that fits the role, then add services only when the position requires them. Ask for source-fee context before fulfillment if the budget is sensitive.
