Signing in to your account

A two-minute walkthrough of getting into your portal. One login covers everything — you never sign into the screening provider separately.

Step 1: Go to your portal

Open informationdirect.us and click Sign in in the top-right corner. Your account manager sends this link when your account is first set up. Bookmark it for quick access.

Step 2: Enter your email

Use the work email your account was created with. If you're not sure which address that is, your account manager can confirm it, or you can email support@informationdirect.us.

Step 3: Enter your password

Type your password and click Sign in. If it's your first time, or you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot password link to get a secure reset link by email. The link expires in one hour for security.

Step 4: You're on your dashboard

You land straight on your pending-orders dashboard — every candidate and their live status in one place. Because the dashboard brokers the screening provider behind the scenes, there's no second login to remember and no provider credentials to manage.

Trouble signing in?

  • Too many attempts. After several failed sign-ins your account locks briefly to protect it. Wait a few minutes or reset your password.
  • Didn't get the reset email? Check spam, and confirm you used the same email your account was created with.
  • Still stuck? Call (800) 707-2450 — a real person answers 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific.
